Grading Guide

At Hawker, our product specialists check every item so you always know exactly what you're buying. Each product is priced based on our clear grading system, so whether you choose something almost new or something with a bit of history, you get real value for your money. Every product is carefully inspected and assigned a grade to reflect its condition and value

New

Aweh, now THIS is the fancy one. Brand new, sealed up, smelling like expensive decisions. No “slight scratch on the side” nonsense. Proper clean machine.

Cosmetic

  • Never been used.
  • In original packaging.

Grade A

This one? Eish, fresh as a new haircut before groove. You won't even know it's been used. You're scoring a boss unit here.

Cosmetic

  • No visible damage or signs of wear.
  • It may look new.

Grade B

A scratch here, a scratch there, maybe a dent nyana. Works lekker and does the job. Perfect for saving coins and chowing value.

Cosmetic

  • Light scratches, small dents, faded decals.
  • Minimal fabric wear.

Grade C

Still kicking and working harder than your cousin with three jobs or a taxi with old sound. It'll do the job, though. Eventually.

Cosmetic

  • Noticeable cosmetic flaws.
  • Visible dents, cracked trims or visible rust.

Parts Bin

Eish, these guys have seen some things. If you're willing to do some serious repairs, or something you can strip for parts, grab this. And hey, they're cheap.

Cosmetic

  • Significant signs of wear or damage.
  • Will likely require repair or restoration.
