Return Eligibility Window

Customers may return pre-owned tech and appliance products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.

Condition Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following standards:

  3. Be clean, with all personal data erased and no modifications made to hardware or software.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within the 7-day window to request a return.
  2. You will receive step-by-step instructions, including courier arrangements if required.
  3. Retain all proof of return shipment until your return is fully processed.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Account Credits

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or issue a credit to your Hawker account within 10-15 business days
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you choose to receive a credit in your Hawker account, which can be used for future purchases.
  3. For debit card payments, exchanges or account credits may be offered instead of refunds.
  4. If you choose an exchange, you may select a product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. If the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or misrepresentation, Hawker will cover the return shipping costs
  2. For returns due to change of mind or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Warranty and Defective Items

C Grade Products Signs of considerable usage. No Warranty

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return or warranty claims.
  2. Items missing original accessories or packaging may be subject to partial refunds or denial of return.
